Thank you, Delta!

We decided to check our Skymiles account to see how many points we had in hopes that we could get a free trip out of all of the traveling Bri does. We were SO PSYCHED to realize we had enough miles for both of our round trip tix to Hawaii for our honeymoon!!! Thank you, Delta! We will continue to rack up our miles with you for future get-a-ways.

Countdown: 131 Days

A lot has been happening in our lives in the past month. Brian was named the new Offensive Coordinator for the U of U football team!!! We are SO excited for this opportunity and Brian has been working so hard, preparing for Spring ball which will start in March.

Although things are crazy, last week Brian and I were able to take a mini-vacation to The Big Apple. NY, NY is one of our favorite places on earth, and we it was so nice to get away for a few days. We saw 2 Broadway shows, visited Ground Zero, Wall Street, The Statue of Liberty and ate a LOT of AMAZING food! We also visited our engagement site, which was very special to us. Our plan is to take a picture there every time we go back to the city.

On the plane ride home to SLC, Brian and I made our final wedding to do list. We knocked out a few items this weekend which includes; adding more info to our wedding website and registering at Macy's! We had a lot of fun scanning all of our wish list items and we look forward to doing this again at Crate & Barrel. Only 131 days to go! I cannot wait!!!!

OVERwhelmed

Let me be clear, the wedding planning is not overwhelming me at all. It's everything else! Honestly, I wish I had so much more free time to wedding plan. There aren't enough hours in the day.

Something new...

I am THRILLED to announce that I bought my wedding gown this past weekend! Of all places, I found it at a beautiful boutique in Provo, Utah! (I never thought I would be saying these words.) Avenia Bridal has an amazing selection of gowns and I fell in love with the first dress I put on at the store. My mom was crying (first gown she has cried at) and we knew it was "the one." It feels so great to cross this one off the list.

I have been browsing wedding jewelry and accessories but now that I know what my entire look will be, I can really get a move on with this. Let the shopping begin!
